Schedule:

Springfield, Missouri - June 6-9

Mural Project: A colorful balloon mural on the side of Seminole Paint Decor.

What will be taught?
Artists will learn all about the entire mural process including how to use supplies, projecting, sketching, and painting large scale.
Spray gun demo - Graco 360 & Titan 1500
Installation mural options- polytab, MDO board, etc.
A lift demonstration will be given with practice hours available.

What to bring?
Wear clothes that you can get paint on. We will be outside the majority of the time.
Refillable water bottle
Pack your favorite brushes!

Schedule:

Thursday: Arrive
Group dinner @ 7:00pm

Friday: @Andrea's Studio
10am- Polytab demo
11am- Spray demo
12pm- Lift demo
12-2:30pm- Practice polytab/spray/lift
3pm- Wonders of Wildlife Museum
7pm- Group dinner

Saturday:
9:30am Leave the house (carpool)
10-5pm Paint at the mural site all day.
7pm- Group dinner

Sunday: Depart

Meetup Costs:

You choose how much you pay based on your specific wants.

$50 - Wonders of Wildlife Museum -This attraction is FULL of the best murals you'll ever see close up. If you have not been to this museum then I HIGHLY encourage you to participate. It is optional for those who have already been through it.

$50 - Lift training. You'll be instructed on how to use a lift safely with proper gear with unlimited practice time.

Group Accommodations - UPDATE, all accommodations are booked.

Only Artist Academy members can sign up for the meetups.
