In this episode of the Artist Academy Podcast, I’m chatting with my friend and Artist Academy member, Tara Juozitis, who’s currently leaving her six-figure job in product management to pursue art full-time. After starting her art company in 2024, she jumped into murals and has been growing her business while balancing a demanding career and family life.

We talk about where her mural jobs are coming from, the benefits of investing in marketing, and what she's learned from hiring help to quickly get her to where she wants to go. Tara also shares how she manages her busy schedule while making time for her growing business, and why having the right support has made a big difference.

If you’ve been thinking about quitting your day job but aren’t sure if you’re ready, Tara shares how she’s growing her mural business while still working full-time. We also talk about taking on projects outside your comfort zone and figuring things out along the way.
